Instructions

NIST MSP file format is a common way mass spectrometry libraries and DDA data are shared. This software is a simple online tool to quickly inspect, visualize, and interact with an MSP file containing high-resolution mass spectrometry data.

Drag and drop or upload an MSP file to explore the spectra, filter specific fragment ions, and search the MS2 scans against the IDSL MS database.
